Org Design
PM practice definition, hiring rubric, leveling framework, and operating model design — anchored to the Impact Point℠ tier hierarchy. $25,000 – $45,000 fixed fee, scaled to organization size and complexity. Typically six to ten weeks.
Most product organizations grow their PM function reactively — adding seats as the work backs up, hiring against rubrics built from generic templates, running practices that never quite fit the operating model. Org Design replaces that with a deliberately structured PM practice whose levels, ceremonies, and tool stack are coherent with how the team actually delivers value.
What you walk away with:
- A PM role framework mapped to Impact Point℠ tiers — what each level is responsible for, and what defines advancement
- A hiring rubric with tier-specific evaluation criteria — calibrated, repeatable interviews
- An operating model for Alignment Ceremony℠ adoption — cadence, attendees, decisions, and integration with the rest of the planning rhythm
- A recommended tool stack with IPP at the center, integrated with whatever delivery tools the team already uses
Often a natural follow-on engagement. Org Design typically follows a Capability Spectrum℠ Assessment or a full Framework Implementation — many organizations realize after their first framework engagement that their PM function needs structural work alongside the framework adoption, not after it.
The deliverables here — particularly the PM leveling rubric mapped to the seven-tier framework — are proprietary IPP artifacts. They survive the engagement and remain the organization’s own work product.
