Our Commitment

Impactful Product Partners, LLC (“IPP”) is committed to ensuring that our website and tool application are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that accessible design produces better experiences for all users, and we are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our digital properties.

Current Status

We are in active development and have incorporated accessibility considerations into our design and build process from the outset. Our current efforts include:

• Semantic HTML structure throughout the site and application
• Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
• Keyboard navigability for all interactive components
• Screen reader compatibility for core content and navigation
• Descriptive alternative text for non-decorative images
• Form labels associated with their inputs
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• Avoidance of content that flashes more than three times per second

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time achievement. As we continue to build and release features, accessibility review is part of our development and release process.

Known Limitations

We are a growing company and some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are committed to identifying and addressing gaps on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from using any part of our Services, please contact us using the information below so we can assist you and prioritize remediation.

We do not use automated overlay tools as a substitute for accessibility compliance. Overlays do not reliably resolve accessibility barriers and we do not represent that any such tool makes our Services fully accessible.

Our Services are tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

• Keyboard-only navigation
• Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge

Assessment Approach

IPP assesses the accessibility of the Services through the following methods:

• Self-evaluation during development against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria
• Manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen reader software
• Review of automated accessibility scan results as a supplementary input (not as a compliance determination)

We intend to engage independent accessibility auditors as the platform matures and traffic grows, and will update this statement to reflect completed audits and their findings.

Formal Conformance Status

The current conformance status of our Services is: Partially Conformant — some content does not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to address known gaps and will update this statement as conformance improves.

This Accessibility Statement was last updated in June 2026. We review and update it at least annually or when material changes are made to the Services.
