PM Coaching
Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions with a tier-aligned coach. Six-month initial term; monthly thereafter. Available to individuals out-of-pocket and to organizations sponsoring named PMs.
Tier alignment, not seniority ranking. Every coaching engagement is scoped to a named Impact Point℠ tier — Functional, Secure, Reliable, Effective, Efficient, or Satisfying. The tier defines what is coached, what assessments are used, and what advancement looks like. The Ideal tier is not offered as a coaching target; mastery at that level is observed in practice, not coached toward.
Pricing by tier:
- Functional and Secure — $800 / month
- Reliable and Effective — $1,100 / month
- Efficient and Satisfying — $1,500 / month
Higher tiers carry more preparation and more nuanced assessment, which the pricing reflects.
What’s included: bi-weekly 60-minute sessions; tier placement assessment at engagement start; mid-point reassessment at month three; end-of-term reassessment at month six; and a Practitioner license bundled into the coaching fee so the PM applies the framework in the platform between sessions.
Advancement recommendation: At the end of the initial six-month term, the coach delivers a formal written advancement recommendation to the PM’s manager — framework-grounded, evidence-based, and with the PM’s consent.
Cohort option: Four to six PMs from the same organization at the same tier can engage as a cohort at approximately 15% off the individual rate. Peer accountability materially improves outcomes.
