Framework Training

Workshops and cohort programs in the IPP framework — from half-day team workshops to multi-session cohort programs that put the framework into a team's hands.

Workshop formats and pricing:

  • Half-day workshop — $3,500. Four hours, one team. Introduces the Impact Point℠ and Capability Spectrum℠ frameworks; team builds a live map of their own product as the central exercise.
  • Full-day workshop — $6,500. Seven hours, up to twenty attendees. Full framework introduction plus Objectives Backlog℠ structuring discipline.
  • Multi-session cohort program — $12,000 – $18,000. Six to eight weeks, cohort of up to eight PMs. Workshop series plus individual application plus a final assessment of framework mastery.
  • Keynote or conference talk — $5,000 – $10,000. Forty-five to ninety minutes, book-derived content.

Workshops and cohort programs assume each attendee holds a Practitioner subscription during the engagement so the framework artifacts they produce live in the tool from day one.
